I was first licensed as a Broker in Maine in 1984 where I managed corporate Real Estate sales, marketing facilities and land in 9 states with total sales of over $200 million. After relocating to Pawleys Island in 1997 and doing a short project for a local company, I returned to Real Estate.  I joined Exit in December 2003 and accepted the position of Managing Broker in the South Strand office in early 2004. In the last 4 years, I helped grow that office from 6 agents to over 60. In addition, I worked with over 60 buyers and sellers, negotiating over $12 million in transactions. In early November 2007, I decided to create my own company that will be the most agent friendly company on the Grand Strand, SC Coast Homes Realty, LLC.
